- In the year 2009, Karan Ramsay filed a case against Ajay because of copyright against the film all the best case was dropped in favor of Ramsay. The production Company claimed that that film was the official remake of the English play name right bed wrong husband.
- When the film Son of Sardaar was going to release Navkiran Singh filed a case against Ajay that he used derogatory word used for Sikhs. After that Ajay changed the words as suggested by them.
- After the release of the trailer of Karan Johor’s film name Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Ajay’s film trailer Shivaay then Kamaal Rashid Khan gave a biased review of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil after that Ajay claimed that Karan paid Kamaal Khan for a review of the trailer of the film.
