Sandeep Maheshwari and Vivek Bindra Controversy is trending now on YouTube, Google, social media. Both Sandeep and Vivek are motivational speakers. Bindra has a company named Bada Business Pvt. Ltd in which he sells courses for business growth.
Sandeep Maheshwari Allegation
Sandeep Maheshwari published a video “BIG SCAM EXPOSED” on 11 December 2023 in which two students described how a big motivational speaker is making fools of people.
One student stood up and talked about how he purchased a course from a Youtube motivational speaker which cost Rs.50,000 but he did not get any benefit.
When he asked for refund, their team said that he could earn money by selling this course to other people and he would get commission.
Then Sandeep Maheshwari asked him what money refunds you when you don’t get any other seller of the company’s product, and then the student replied I did not get any other member who was ready to buy their course.
One more student stood up and talked about this scam. He said that also purchased a course which cost Rs.30, 000 but he also didn’t get any benefit. They just gave theoretical knowledge.
The company team gave the same offer when he asked for a refund. Both students told Sandeep Maheshwari that their company approached only students who are only 12th pass.
BIG SCAM EXPOSED
Name was not mentioned by students, but after the release of that video, Sandeep Maheshwari got a call from Bada Business company to delete that video. Sandeep posted the entire matter to his community.

Sandeep said “My team is under a lot of pressure to delete my latest video. Let me make it clear. We will not delete it under any circumstances. The person who exposed this SCAM in the video has been getting a lot of calls to change this statement (we have all the call recordings). I have a feeling that it’s going to get bad. But I am ready for it because I am taking this stand for our society. I know that I am not alone. All of you are standing with me. Right?”
People became aware that it was a scam after a total description by Sandeep Maheshwari with legal rules and documents.
He also described that Dr. Tag in front of Vivek’s name did not get any degree from India but he got a degree from Sri Lanka.
If this can be fake then how should people believe in his company?

Sandeep Maheshwari posted a video with the name #stopVivekBindra. In the video, he described “ RBI Notification, PhD from Sri Lanka Press Release, Fake PhD scam Exposed” with another hashtag #StopScamBusiness.
Vivek Bindra response to the scam
Vivek’s response video called it “#Janeman Biggest Controversy/ Biggest Program/ Biggest Attack-Dr. Vivek Bindra” he posted it on 18 December 2023.
He said that “Sandeep Ji, you are lying that we sent you legal notice before calling it a scam. Please talk to another side of the matter. You just listen to the student side and call it a scam. Our Bada Business is as transparent as the people working in the company. You are exposed to me. You should listen to one side, according to your age you should listen to the whole talk, not only one side.
We stopped that service last year if it hurt anybody. Now I am working in a different aspect. People are earning through our company. I made 12 records by content, not scam people. Dear Sandeep, your channel business series was not getting views up from 2 lakh but as you put the video on scam then it crossed 50 lakh views.”
He said “It is an open challenge for you” Vivek confidently answered every allegation of Sandeep.”
Conclusion
Both are arguing through video but not facing each other. Sandeep also responds to other scammed students in his latest video through these videos people are alleging about their money loss and didn’t get any further work after learning from his company.
It’s interesting to watch what will happen to this controversy. This is not only an allegation about the fraud of a successful businessman about his company. It is not right to upload videos about the company image only to listen to two students and gain a lot of views through these videos.
