Early life
Suriya Sivakumar’s date of birth is 23 July 1975 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and India. He did his schooling at The PSBB Millennium School in Coimbatore. He was a studius student but acting was his first love. Suriya never missed the chance to participate in any school event where an acting performance was organized. He joined another school for further study St. Bede’s Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai. He completed his B.Com at Loyola College in Chennai. Suriya Sivakumar age is 49 years old as of 2024.
Suriya Sivakumar’s Relationship with the Wife
When Surya was 22 years old then he made his acting debut through Mani Ratnam’s Produced movie Nerrukku Ner. The film didn’t do well business in the box-office. After that, he met Jyothika Sadanah both casted for the movie Poovellam Kettupar. At that time both were aspiring actors, not big stars. Jyothika was making an effort to settle in the Tamil industry language was a barrier in their relationship also. She did hard work and learned that language and surprised Surya by delivering his dialogue in Tamil.
Jyothika became a well-known actress. They became best friend Surya invited her to get together and also introduced her to his close friends. They realized their love when they were shooting for the movie Kaakha Kaakha. After the release of the movie, it was a rumour that both were engaged but they were making their relationship strong by meeting with each other’s family. Both tied the knot on 11 September 2006, at the Hotel Park Sheraton in Chennai. Jyothika gave up her acting career and moved to Chennai. Their parenthood started when she gave birth to her first baby girl Diya. In 2010, the couple was blessed with a baby boy Dev.
